Amanda Leigh Linhart
Amanda Leigh Linhart is the principal of ALL design. Prior to opening her own firm, she worked for 10 years in Boston, Denver and New York City on a variety of projects from small renovations to 200,000 square foot skyscrapers.
Amanda received her Master of Architecture from Harvard University and undergraduate degree from Princeton University. She taught and lectured at the University of Colorado graduate program for 2 years while living in Denver.
She spent 4 years with Studio Daniel Libeskind, the firm best known for winning the competition to redesign the World Trade Center site. With them, she worked in Denver, New York and Milan, Italy, and had the honor of being part of the design teams for the Denver Art Museum and the Fiera Milano Redvelopment.
Amanda has spent the last 3 years with the firm RDHA in Manhattan where she was senior associate and responsible for designing and overseeing construction on 2 notable local projects: the Avanti Day Spa in Manalapan New Jersey, and The Setai in lower Manhattan. The firm specializes in spa and wellness projects – continuing Amanda’s interest in this discipline.
Amanda has extensive experience working with contractors and all trades and prides herself on building strong relationships with the construction team in order to foster a collaborative process that is seamless and less stressful for the client. Her working method is methodical and diligent and she will ensure the client is taken care of from all angles – quality, cost and time.
Through her education and the development of her career, Amanda has developed a unique design philosophy that focuses on the individual needs of the client and matching those needs with design to create an individual lifestyle.
